Adebayo has a great deal of speed and athleticism in the post and fits the mold of VCU’s defensive philosophy.
She has served as a key reserve during her first two seasons in Richmond, appearing in 27 games as a sophomore (10.1 minutes per game) after seeing action in 11 games during her freshman campaign (4.4 minutes per game).
Recognized as a pure athlete, Adebayo was a three-sport star at Duluth High School. In addition to starring on the basketball court, she was a four-year member of the volleyball team while also participating in track & field.
2010-11 SEASON (SOPHOMORE)
Saw action in 27 games off the bench, averaging 10.1 minutes per outing

Made collegiate debut and scored her first career point, logging eight minutes against Arkansas State (11/20/09) in the Seton Hall Classic in South Orange, N.J.
Also corralled a career-best five rebounds against Arkansas State
Scored three points and grabbed three boards in a home win against William & Mary (2/18/10)
Hauled in three rebounds and scored two points at home against Coppin State (12/30/09)
