RAMS WELCOME THREE GROUP NIGHTS IN DECEMBER, JANUARY
RICHMOND, Va. – With the VCU men's basketball team off to a hot start, the VCU Ticket Office is sponsoring three group nights in December and January. Last year, the Rams saw record attendance and with this year's squad looking just as strong, we hope that even more fans come out to support the Black & Gold.
For more information on these group nights, please contact Casey Cegles at cjcegles@vcu.edu or call the VCU Ticket Office at 804-828-7267.
December 18th vs. Tulane – 2 p.m. at the Verizon Wireless Arena at the Stuart C. Siegel Center.
Boy Scout Day
The first-ever "Scout Day" will allow boy scouts and their families to buy discounted tickets at $10 each (normally $17). The first 500 scouts will receive a free VCU patch!
Cheer Day
The VCU Cheerleading squad would like to invite you to participate in their VCU Cheer Day as a reward for all your hard work and dedication to the sport of cheerleading. You will have the opportunity to attend a clinic sponsored by the VCU Rams Cheerleaders at Franklin Street Gym (819 W. Franklin St.) at 9:00 a.m. and then join them to cheer on the Men's Basketball team later that day.
All cheerleaders attending the clinic will receive FREE admission to the game, and all family and friends will be offered a discounted ticket for only $10 (regular price is $17). In addition to this great deal, you will receive the opportunity to learn a new routine from a top college cheer team, and you will get a chance to perform at halftime in front of 7,500 people!
January 15th vs. Northeastern – 12 p.m. at the Verizon Wireless Arena at the Stuart C. Siegel Center.
Police & Firefighter Day
For the first time ever, the VCU Rams will be sponsoring a Police & Firefighter Day. This is part of a fundraiser for the Richmond Police Athletic League and the Richmond Fire Department Foundation.
Purchase a discounted ticket from a fellow Richmond police officer or firefighter and $5 will go to the department's foundation.
Not only is this a great game with a great cause, but at halftime both departments will have a tug-of-war for city bragging rights.
